Thirteen years after the Dark Lord was vanquished and someone is attacking Muggles. Eyes land on convicted Death Eater and Werewolf Draco Malfoy who was recently paroled from Azkaban, but ironically he would be the key to solving the crime. Oh and he is still in love with Ginny Weasley. Surely that does not complicate Draco's otherwise perfectly normal stress free life at all.
