However, they find this may be to their advantage.

What if in a different universe Tom Riddle Jr was born of a drunken one night stand rather than conceived under the effects of a love potion? What if he was able to understand love and feel compassion and empathy for the people around him? Instead of building a power base he builds alliances, instead of scared followers and flunkies he gains devoted friends.

A daughter of the Companions hides from her family lineage while also coming to terms with it in a way that sets her destiny in stone. Based on my own personal headcanon that Ulfric Stormcloak is the Dragonborn's father (given his innate ability to use the Thuum).
