He was a traitor. A terrorist. A threat to society. But that wasn't all he was. There was more, possibly even much more, and she could see it now, just as she'd seen it before.

"She was a great lady." That, thought T'Pol, was not only true, but an indicator of Trip's own worthiness for respect. He, more than most, had good reason to think poorly of her mother. TnT friendship, although there are echoes of the relationship they had during Season 3 & early Season 4.

"There was a bit of a…moment when I got back to the bridge a little while ago. Nobody said anything, but I know it got noticed." Alicia Travers discovers that an end to WWII means that "Japs" are our friends now. Then, to her surprise, she finds out something else, too. Very light shipping.
