This started off as a Granger family reunion fic, but while it includes some of the typical elements of those fics—mainly snobby relatives who don't like Hermione—it evolved into something else, as after the war, the Grangers take charge of Hermione's young cousin, who isn't particularly wanted by her parents and siblings. (Cedric lives.) Complete.

After the Second Voldemort Blood War, Hermione Granger decides to move on from Britain. In the meantime, circumstances change among certain Weasleys. How does this affect Hermione?

AU. I started this story last year during panto season but didn't finish it. I've come back to it but abandoned the Cinderella theme. In this AU, Voldemort's soul became a disembodied spirit on Halloween 1981 but he had no Horcruxes, so when the spirit is disposed of he can't be resurrected. James & Lily are totally OTT in true panto-villain style. Snape wasn't a Death Eater.

After the war, little has changed for Muggleborns in Britain, so Hermione seeks a place where she will fit in and be welcome. She finds somewhere unexpected, where she can feel useful again. When Harry begins to feel equally displaced at home, due to problems arising from being Master of the Elder Wand, she invites him to join her. For once no Harry or Ron bashing! AU.

After the Second Voldemort Blood War is over, Hermione Granger discovers that her usefulness is at an end and there is no place for her in magical Britain. Taking the hint, Hermione leaves and makes a new life with one who is in the same position as herself. HP/RW/MM bashing. No Epilogue, Cursed Child or Fantastic Beasts. One-shot. Complete.

The second Voldemort Blood War is over and the side of Light has won, however, unfortunately, the British Wizarding World has been decimated. Rebuilding seems impossible so perhaps other options must be found. Contains elements of time-turner and Hogwarts-reads-the-books type fics. Eventual HG/SS.

Hermione comes home excited to tell Ron that she's pregnant, but finds her boyfriend cheating on her. When Ron attacks her, Harry refuses to get involved and turns her away. Betrayed, Hermione leaves without saying where she's going or telling anyone that she's pregnant with Ron's child, in order to protect that which is most precious to her: her child. Eventual HG/SS pairing.

Harry's twin brother is regarded as the Boy-Who-Lived. No one is aware of Harry, whose very existence has been forgotten, except by the Potter house elves. When Severus Snape finds out about Harry, he sees this as a chance to escape Dumbledore's control. Captivated by the little boy, he takes it upon himself to give Harry the father he needs. SS/HP father/son relationship.

After the war, Hermione finds that she has drifted apart from Harry and Ron, as their lives head in different directions. As new opportunities come to her and she makes new friends, will the Golden Trio ever reconnect? Cedric lives. HG/CD.

Harry and Ron are both married with families and Hermione, as the odd-one-out who is still single, is lonely. Looking for new interests and hoping to meet new people, she decides to take some evening classes. During an art class, she meets someone very surprising indeed and he helps her in unexpected ways. HG/SS. One-shot; complete. Rated M for safety.
