Minerva McGonagall is a great and powerful witch, but little does anyone know she has a bit of a nasty secret.. Along the way she finds love within someone she least exspected. Can this new found love with stand the truth or will her world crumble from the rejection? The story is rated M just for safe messures to be honest i'm unsure whats to come for the future for them.. Young Hermione had to learn that her daddy wouldn't always there for her. That he would make her promises and later break them. Follow her through her life as she slowly begins to learn that her dad is gone and has better things to do than spend time with his own little girl. Walk along side her as she begins to understand what is really going on and what she isn't being told.

Minerva witnesses something that makes her have second thoughts about the relationship with Hermione and she decides to leave her to figure some things out. Now Hermione doesn't know what to do months later. The only thing she can think of is waiting for her to possibly change her mind. In the mean time she writes a letter to Minerva in hopes to speed up the thinking process.

Has Hermione finally made it to her famous happy ending? or will she wake up and see her life isn't what she thought it would be... That she was so close, but still so far? Hermione goes back to school after the war to complete her last year at Hogwarts only things happen and Hermione just can't take it anymore. She tries to deal with it the only way she knows how to, by cutting. But what if this time she went a little to far? Minerva has come to the sad conclusion that she truly dislikes Mother's Day. And for why she is unsure of, but this year can her cubs change her mind for the better or will they drive her insane in the process? Minerva is forced to leave her little family to go on a business trip, but she's never left them before. She decides to give them a call to seek comfort. How does Minerva handle being away from her family and will she be able to stay strong in the call?
