The story of how Harry was saved.

After the war, harsh laws have made life difficult for everyone. A Dark Mark has become an automatic life sentence in Azkaban, and Harry, savior of the wizarding world, has fallen in love with Draco Malfoy, ex-Death Eater and possessor of a Dark Mark. Knowing that Draco doesn't deserve life in prison, Harry has hidden him away in his home. Will Draco find a way to remove the mark?

I don't think I can summarize it without giving away the plot, so... Let's just say that I've been neglecting my other stories, and you get this instead of an update. I think it's pretty okayish. Much love.

This story contains torture, unpleasantness, and fucked up Harry with a hero complex, under the assumption that noone can die and come back without at least a few issues. I don't find it sexy, and hope you don't either. This is an "eighth year" fic, so it doesn't follow the epilogue. I hope it will have a fulfilling ending, but I can't promise anything. I'm sorry.

Opposites, a poem.

I love Harry Potter. Except for the obvious oversight of not pairing Harry and Draco together. That said, I am a person who likes to belittle what she loves. Hence, this story.
