He wakes up the next morning in his eleven year-old body shortly before starting Hogwarts and promises himself that he's going to be that better friend to Harry, Hermione, and anybody else who wants to be his friend. Events cause Severus Snape to realize that Harry Potter is not just the son of James Potter, but Lily as well. Delving into the boys memory shatters the angry young man who never really grew up; but how will it affect things going forward? One shot for now, but I may add to it later.
Prophecies can do strange things, especially when people believe in them strongly enough. A silly tale about what happens when Harry is convinced of a specific meaning of the prophecy and successfully takes it to the ultimate absurdity.
