Charms Professor Hermione Granger has to prepare for a meeting with the Board of Governors. What awaits her, she has no idea.

A Healer who travels back in time accidentally to cure Abraxas Malfoy from Dragon Pox. Sounds impossible, but Hermione finds herself in that very position. The Malfoys do not leave this be and Hermione now has allies to bring down Voldemort. The mission would have been easier had she not met a young struggling Sirius Black. There is one more person she can't resist.

A chance encounter and a much needed break from life. For both of them, it was simply another mistake.

When she misplaced her foot and the pain blurred her vision, the world tilted on its axis. Sure enough, the next moment, Hermione Granger was in a war that was not taking place in Hogwarts. In between all that, she saved Haldir, the March Warden of Lothlorien. The Elf alive unlike in the story, convincing him that the War of the Ring did not need his aid was another thing...

Harry copes with stress in an unexpected way. While meeting his needs, Hermione grows to like him more than a friend. If she is to request more, their understanding will be broken. What will it take for Harry to give them a fair chance?

If I knew my choice that day would come and bite me in the arse eventually, severely, I wouldn't have done it. Shite. I might have done it either way. The way he looks at me, I think maybe it will all worth it. But the catch is, I risked with his life once, and for the second time I may not get away with it. Not even if it is for him, for me, for us.

*Abandoned*Hermione reached to grab his shoulder. "Harry-" She halted upon the cold gaze set upon her. "Must have mistaken," the man shrugged and walked away, meeting someone far ahead who weirdly looked a bit like... "Sirius?"

She was playing nice. He didn't think she was. She took his offer to play hard, and it brought the change she so desired.

Ron didn't love her. Though she was bitter, she remained friends for Harry's sake. How could she deny him? Harry was her everything. She wanted to be there for him, as he did for her. It took Ginny and Harry to get back together to realize that Harry meant much more for her. She has to stick to the role of best friend because she doubts Harry wishes for something more. But perhaps?

He couldn't remember, so he taught him- showed him. That's how Neville was here today.

He was the last Malfoy. Draco was gone. But, perhaps...what of the heir-in-line? Lucius could teach whoever it is the ways of House Malfoy. A new aim in his dull and miserable life. It was unfortunate that the new Malfoy was the werewolf's son- Teddy Lupin. Lucius could work with that. Wrath of Miss Granger over taking the boy's custody? Nothing he couldn't handle. It was even fun.

She wanted to read the book. Unfortunate, that it was in the confines of the Malfoy Manor. Or fortunate, now that she thought about it.

It was not the original accusation that forced her into a quite life. It was true, indeed. But the press? Hermione Granger, Brightest Witch of Her Age, being outed as a Dark Witch? Perhaps she would be cleared of all charges, but the blame and gossips would remain. Something that led her to the arms of the most unlikely person.

DISCONTINUED. Rotting away in the Malfoy Manor, what Thorfinn Rowle expected last was to be saved by Potter whom he had been tasked to deliver to the Dark Lord. Thorfinn knew only one way to repay his debt to Potter: Pull him through the war alive. Thorfinn couldn't have known that, post-war, this bond with him and Potter would provide chances of flirtatious banter with Hermione.

Chapter 6: Hermione decided that becoming a Healer isn't her thing. Paring undecided.

Now, Hermione had a young Dark Lord and perhaps the slightest chance of swaying him from unethical means of world domination. And Riddle Sr. was a man to demand attention.
