He doesn't know him but every kid deserves a hero, deserves everyone working themselves to their bone to help them, even if they're too late. At least he tried. Even if the rest of society has given up on him. Even All Might.
Itachi doesn't know how or why he is in this new world but he knows how to adapt. And, without the Elders, without Konoha, without Sasuke - well, maybe he can figure out who Itachi actually is. Then he meets - and saves - an otherworldly creature.

Question is, when your emotions are gone and you're a being of pure rationality and logic - what decisions do you make? For the first time the BAU finds itself superfluous when the kidnapping victim frees not only herself and an actual kid which had also been 'napped', but also phones the Police into the unsub's house and thereby identifies him neatly.

What do you do when you land in a wartorn world whose stories you know, but when you're not part of the plot? Easy - you infiltrate and drown poor Varric in all the information he could ever want (and more besides). Then you tell stories, sing songs and start a revolution. And maybe flirt with the Commander, when you meet him.
Wiping information from the database doesn't account for people with an eidetic memory recognising you on sight. As for the BAU, interrogating Serial Killers is their bread and butter. But what do you do when one of them is talking and awake but not breathing? This was so not in the manual!
