Sean McConnell didn't plan on being in the games that year, but the Capital had other plans. The 100th Hunger Games was a Quarter Quell, and only those 15 and under could be in the games. If only Sean was born a year younger.

The universe. Such a vast and unforgiving place on the surface, but dig just a tad bit deeper, and you'll find the exact same thing. The universe is horrible, unless you know how to guide yourself through it. Luckily for you, I'm doing just that. New story with OCs. Read and review!
