Carried to the far end of the Galaxy by the veil in the Department of Mysteries, Harry Potter becomes a veritable stranger in a strange land. But all the obstacles he has faced pale in comparison to the Cylon menace. Starts in the middle of Harry's fifth year and roughly eleven years before the fall of the Twelve Colonies.
After three years of constantly ending up in dangerous situations, Harry realise that he can't just rely on only his wand anymore. The idea of building his own weapon come to him but it isn't until Harry watches the Star Wars trilogy with Ron and Hermione that he realise what that weapon could be. Two months later, with Mr. Ollivander's help, Harry had his own working lightsaber.
Harry Potter, Jedi Padawan, is heading back to Hogwarts for his third year. With his Godfather newly freed and uncertainty about his destiny haunting his future, Harry must cope with a plot from the stars to destroy his mentor.
During the final battle, Harry gets thrown into a new universe, landing on the bridge of the USS Enterprise-D. This should take place in about "season 4" of ST:TNG, but I'm not going to be strict about the timeline, using things and events as needed.
AU Harry pays a high price for booting Voldemort out of his mind at the end of OotP - he is stripped of his magic, but gains something ... other. He starts a new life in the non-magical world, and adapts his skills to join the RAF and later 'The Regiment'.
